Is it really soft?

Yes. It looks rough because of the natural color. Then you touch it. Almost everyone says the same thing: "Wow, it's actually soft." And if you disagree, our No Questions Asked Guarantee covers you.

Why is it brown?

Because we do not bleach it. White paper gets its color from bleach and chlorine. Paddy keeps the natural color of rice straw — like brown eggs or kraft paper. If it's white, it's been bleached.

Is it safe for my toilet, septic tank, and pipes?

Yes. Rice fiber breaks down fast in water. It is safe for home plumbing and septic systems.

Is it strong, or will it tear?

It is 3-ply and built for everyday use. It holds up like the paper you use now.
