The Window: You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a refund.

The Process: There are no forms to fill out or hoops to jump through. Just send a quick email to info@paddypaper.com within those 30 days. Please include your order number so we can find your account quickly.

The Refund: Once we receive your email, we will automatically issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

Please Note:

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to officially post to your statement.

Because our products are everyday home necessities, you do not need to worry about box return shipping logistics or sending partial packs back to us if you tried the paper and didn't love it.
