Paddy Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your Paddy products to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).

  • You will receive a notification email the moment your order is packed and hands off to our carrier.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days for transit depending on your location.

  • Shipping Cost: Standard shipping FREE on all orders.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking link. It can take up to 24–48 hours for the postal carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to update the tracking status link once they scan your box.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if the tracking status says it was delivered but you cannot find it, please let us know right away. Email us at info@paddypaper.com with your order number, and our team will make sure a replacement box is routed to you immediately.
